Interfaces Da Capacidade Absortiva Numa Perspectiva Organizacional / Interfaces Of Absorptive Capacity In An Organizational Perspective

ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper is to present the development of research of the theory of absorptive capacity and to analyze the main theoretical contributory of integration about this theory and another organizational theories, that resulting in gaps observed in national and international literature. Theoretically, we identified six main theoretical assumptions related in different organizational theories with the absorptive capacity: Organizational Learning; Networks; Strategic Alliances; Intellectual Capital; Performance and Organizational Environment. Methodologically, we identified nine nacional articles and approximately 1500 international articles of big impact of the global publishing. We have been chosen 30 articles with more citations in Web of Science and classified as representative of international research. The results demonstrate that a strong relationship with the absorptive capacity theories with organizational learning and network theory, and the use of the quantitative method is identified in most studies.
Keywords: Absorptive Capacity. Organizational Study. Knowledge. Learning.
