Perfil Sociodemográfico, clínico e Assistencial dos Casos Covid-19 em Viçosa (MG) / Sociodemographic, Clinical and Healthcare Profile of Covid-19 Cases in Viçosa (MG)
Resumo
O presente estudo tem como objetivo descrever o perfil sociodemográfico e clínico; analisar a assistência prestada aos casos notificados atendidos na Unidade Covid-19 do município de Viçosa (MG). Trata-se de um estudo transversal, de caráter exploratório, descritivo e quantitativo. A população do estudo foi composta por casos atendidos e notificados (suspeitos e/ou confirmados) registrados nos prontuários da Unidade Covid-19 do município de Viçosa (MG) durante o período de funcionamento (abril a julho de 2020). A pandemia da Covid-19 aumentou a carga de adoecimento, morte e as disparidades entre as classes econômicas. A maioria dos indivíduos atendidos na unidade foi do sexo feminino, branca, com idade entre 20 e 39 anos, com 12 anos ou mais de escolaridade, residentes e moradoras da zona urbana do município de Viçosa (MG). A maior parte não apresentava fatores de risco, nem sinais de gravidade e relataram/tinham poucas manifestações clínicas. A criação da Unidade Covid-19 em Viçosa foi importante para o controle dos casos de Covid-19 e para a implementação do Plano de Contingência do município. No entanto, foram encontradas fragilidades no acesso ao serviço pela população mais vulnerável.

ABSTRACT
The present study aims to describe the sociodemographic and clinical profile; to analyze the assistance provided to notified cases attended in the Covid-19 Unit of the city of Viçosa (MG). This is a cross-sectional, exploratory, descriptive and quantitative study. The study population consisted of cases attended and reported (suspected and/or confirmed) recorded in the medical records of the Covid-19 Unit of the municipality of Viçosa (MG) during the period of operation (April to July 2020). The Covid-19 pandemic has increased the burden of illness, death and disparities between economic classes. Most of the individuals attended in the unit were female, white, aged between 20 and 39 years, with 12 years or more of schooling, residents of the urban area of the city of Viçosa (MG). Most had no risk factors, no signs of severity and reported/had few clinical manifestations. The creation of the Covid-19 Unit in Viçosa was important for the control of Covid-19 cases and for the implementation of the Contingency Plan of the municipality. However, weaknesses were found in the access to the service by the most vulnerable population.
