Clima Organizacional: Efeitos no Comportamento e Desempenho de Servidores Públicos / Organizational Climate: Effects on the Behavior and Performance of Public Servants

Resumo


Este artigo apresenta uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre os impactos do clima organizacional no comportamento e desempenho dos servidores públicos. A análise abrangeu oito artigos publicados entre 2020 e 2024, disponíveis nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science. Os resultados indicam que o clima organizacional influencia aspectos relacionados ao desempenho e comportamento dos servidores, incluindo esgotamento profissional, liderança compartilhada, rotatividade, identidade ocupacional, comportamento empreendedor, compartilhamento de conhecimento, implementação do treinamento, comportamento de implementação, comportamento inovador e comportamento proativo. Por fim, este trabalho oferece uma contribuição relevante para a compreensão do impacto do clima organizacional no setor público.

ABSTRACT

This article presents a systematic literature review on the impacts of organizational climate on public servants’ behavior and performance. The analysis covered eight articles published between 2020 and 2024, sourced from Scopus and Web of Science. Results indicate that organizational climate influences aspects such as burnout, shared leadership, turnover, occupational identity, entrepreneurial behavior, knowledge sharing, training implementation, implementation behavior, innovative behavior, and proactive behavior. This study provides valuable insights into understanding the impact of organizational climate in the public sector.
