Abstract

Construtivismo.

ABSTRACT

The practice is regarded as a socio-cultural construct with the focus to the individual and its context, moreover, is seen through constructivism as something inseparable inherent of the interaction between the actors involved with an action. Thus, this literature review aimed to identify, define and characterize the practice in organizations focusing on approaches of constructivist and social culturalist theories. From the theoretical raised it can be noticed the lack of studies that relate the above approaches, and that this is a fertile ground for the development of studies in the organizational context, such as the influence and importance of the practice in organizations..

Key-words: Practice. Social-culturist. Constructivism.
