Sustentabilidade a Partir da Perspectiva do Realismo Crítico: Uma Meta-Síntese / Sustainability from the Perspective of Critical Realism: A Meta-Synthesis
Resumo
O objetivo deste estudo é compreender como a questão da sustentabilidade é abordada a partir da perspectiva filosófica e sociológica do realismo crítico. Por meio de uma meta-síntese foi possível demonstrar as principais obras e autores que influenciam a concepção de sustentabilidade sobre a ótica do realismo crítico, bem como a incidência de palavras-chaves que ilustram a discussão. A análise minuciosa de 22 artigos científicos encontrados na Web Of Science revelou constructos teóricos importantes para a condução de pesquisas empíricas no contexto do realismo crítico e da sustentabilidade como poderes causais, efeitos causais, reflexividade, sujeito e objeto, conhecimento, práticas, movimentos contra-hegemônicos, agência e estrutura, mecanismos, transformação social (mudança), causalidade, sistema abertos, emergência e entidade. Conclui-se que a concepção realista crítica da sustentabilidade exige a construção de uma agência individual e coletiva reflexivas, capazes de influenciar mudanças sociais dentro de uma concepção de interdependência entre ser humano e natureza, que exige o questionamento generalizado de práticas, crenças e valores geralmente aceitos.
