As Abordagens das Teorias do Discurso e da Hermenêutica Aplicadas à Administração / Approaches of Discourse Theories and Hermeneutics Applied to Administration

Resumo

Este artigo foi construído com a proposta de avaliar os pontos de convergência e divergência entre as abordagens das teorias do discurso e da hermenêutica nos estudos da Administração. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de literatura em que foram analisados em profundidade os artigos que utilizam conjuntamente as perspectivas das teorias do discurso e da hermenêutica, momento em que se identificou o trabalho de Loizos Heracleous – com a proposta de uma análise de discurso estruturacionista, baseada na teoria do sociólogo Anthony Giddens – como a linha teórico-metodológica mais fundamentada e explícita para a proposta de trabalho conjunto das abordagens. Os resultados, de modo geral, revelam aproximações entre hermenêutica e teorias do discurso, embora haja pontos específicos em que caminham por bases diferentes.

ABSTRACT

This article was built with the purpose of evaluating the points of convergence and divergence between the approaches of discourse theories and hermeneutics in Administration studies. Therefore, a systematic literature review was carried out, in which the articles that jointly use the perspectives of the theories of discourse and hermeneutics were analyzed, at which time the work of Loizos Heracleous was identified – with the proposal of a discourse analysis structurationist, based on Anthony Giddens' sociological theory – as the most grounded and explicit theoretical-methodological line for the joint work proposal of the approaches. The results, in general, reveal similarities between hermeneutics and discourse theories, although there are specific points where they walk on different bases.
