ABSTRACT

The aim of this research is to understand how communication is evidenced in studies on virtual teams in project management, through a Systematic Literature Review. The results indicate a positive gain in the performance of teams in projects when we have an increase in the confidence of virtual teams and we understand that effective leadership is paramount for the good performance of virtual teams. This work contributes to a better understanding of the concept of communication within the scope of project management with virtual teams.
