Custos Totais Logísticos sob a Perspectiva da Cadeia de Suprimentos / Total Logistic Costs Under the Supply Chain Perspective

Resumen


O objetivo desta pesquisa é desenvolver um modelo matemático para calcular os custos logísticos totais de uma empresa de manufatura. Para atingir esse objetivo, foram analisadas sete empresas industriais do setor de autopeças, no estado de São Paulo, sendo identificados os principais elementos do processo logístico e seus custos substanciais sob o enfoque da cadeia de suprimentos e seu gerenciamento. Os custos logísticos nas empresas de manufatura não só podem ser avaliados do ponto de vista interno, mas também em função do relacionamento entre todos os atores que compõem sua cadeia produtiva e de suprimentos. O modelo matemático leva em consideração os custos diretos e indiretos sendo, portanto, testado numericamente nas empresas pesquisadas. Os resultados obtidos mostram que os custos totais logísticos, analisados em função da cadeia de suprimentos, apresentam resultados mais precisos que podem ser gerenciados de forma a minimizar custos e maximizar os resultados nos negócios.

ABSTRACT

 

The objective of this research is to develop a mathematical model to calculate the total logistical costs of a manufacturing company. To achieve this objective, seven industrial companies in the auto part sector in the state of São Paulo were analyzed, identifying the main elements of the logistics process and their substantial costs under the focus of the supply chain and their management. The logistical costs in manufacturing companies can not only be assessed from an internal point of view, but also in terms of the relationship between all the actors that make up their supply and supply chain. The mathematical model considers the direct and indirect costs and is therefore tested numerically in the companies surveyed. The results obtained show that the total logistics costs, analyzed according to the supply chain, present more accurate results that can be managed in order to minimize costs and maximize business results.
