ABSTRACT

Logistics Service providers (LSP) were influenced by the changes Covid-19 imposed on people and organizations, reflecting the means of purchase and delivery (mainly e-commerce). In this context, the present research aims to analyze the solutions created by the LSP in Brazil during the pandemic. Through secondary data extracted from websites specialized in the sector, the study classifies the leading initiatives to support operations in a period marked by restrictions. It is verified that the pandemic directed the LSP to adapt to a new scenario driven by e-commerce purchases. A set of 16 solutions and 7 clusters classified in the research is presented and discussed. The information points to managers' paths and solutions that can contribute to the management of increasingly faster deliveries and offer academics a range of options that can be better explored.
