Estudos Bibliométricos em Redes Organizacionais: Uma Revisão Sistemática / Bibliometric Studies in Organizational Networks: A Systematic Review

Resumo

A organização em rede representa uma nova forma de atuação empresarial, sendo uma estrutura organizacional na qual podem participar empresas que devido às limitações de ordem dimensional, estrutural e financeira, não podem assegurar as devidas condições de sobrevivência e desenvolvimento. Acerca do tema, o presente estudo é uma revisão sistemática a partir de uma análise bibliométrica na base Web of  Science de 683 artigos com a aplicação dos filtros em tipo de documento (article) e área (management e business). O resultado mostrou que os estudos na área ainda não recentes e que as principais fontes são americanas, tanto pelos periódicos quanto pelas contribuições de autores. Os estudos nacionais na base em questão ainda são poucos. Como limitação do trabalho, foi analisada apenas uma base científica, sendo proposta uma agenda de estudo ao fim das análises, sugerindo utilizar outras bases científicas, ainda se propõe, após o entendimento do sentido dos estudos, verificar as publicações em bases nacionais, a fim de entender se os rumos da pesquisa nacional vão ao encontro aos estudos internacionais, de modo a contribuir com as publicações nacionais e avanço dos estudos na área.

ABSTRACT

The network organization represents a new form of business action, being an organizational structure in which companies can participate due to dimensional, structural and financial limitations. On the subject, the present study is a systematic review based on a bibliometric analysis in the Web of Science database of 683 articles with the application of filters in document type (article) and area (management and business). The result showed that studies in the area are not yet recent and that the main sources are American, both in terms of journals and contributions from authors. National studies on the database in question are still few. As a limitation of the work, only one scientific basis was analyzed, with a study agenda being proposed at the end of the analyses, suggesting the use of other scientific bases, still proposing that after understanding the meaning of the studies, verify the publications on national bases to understand whether the directions of national research meet international studies, in order to contribute to national publications and advance studies in the area.
