O Campo de Estudos em Lógica Dominada pelo Serviço: uma Análise Bibliométrica / The Field of Study in Logic Dominated by the Service: A Bibliometric Analysis
Abstract

Studies of service-dominated logic are based on the fact that Marketing was involved in product-based logic, leaving behind concerns about the service delivery involved. In order to try to understand how has developed the studies on this subject, this paper seeks to answer the following question: How is the field of study of logic dominated by the service? To answer this question, a bibliometric analysis was performed using CiteSpace and VosViewer software. It was sought to visualize the Research Front and the Intellectual Base of this field through the procedures described by Chen (2006) in a sample of 650 articles. The results reveal that the publications on the subject have made a leap of growth from the year 2013. In Brazil, this line of studies is incipient and this work can contribute in the sense of systematizing studies, trends and theories.
